Active Foam Evolution (22 kg canister)

Description:
A concentrated cleaner designed for touchless washing that removes road dust, dirt, oil and insect residues with ease. It creates a stable foam that rinses off the surface easily. Contains anti-corrosion additives. Suitable for all types of washes: touchless, tunnel and portal systems, MSO.

Composition:
≥30% purified water; ≥5% but <15% anionic surfactants; <5% nonionic surfactants; EDTA salt, sodium hydroxide, organic solvent, dye.

Application method:

1. Before application, dilute the product with water: for a foam generator — 1:50–1:80 (12–19 g/L) (for 25, 50, 100 L units) or for a foam kit (1 L) — 1:4–1:7 (125–200 g), depending on the level of contamination.

2. Remove the top layer of dirt from the surface, then apply the diluted solution from bottom to top to avoid streaking.

3. Leave for 1–2 minutes, do not allow to dry.

4. Rinse treated areas thoroughly with high-pressure water from a close distance (15–20 cm) from bottom to top.
